What types of items sell on eBay?
Virtually anything can be sold on eBay, however it is best if the item fits in an 17x17x8 inch box or smaller.

How much is my item worth on eBay?
eBay is the worlds largest virtual garage sale.  Tens of thousands of items sell every day.  We do not recommend that you choose eBay to sell any item if you expect top dollar.  We do recommend that eBay be used when you are interested in selling an item that you no longer have need for and want to turn into immediate cash.  We offer free research on selling price for your item.

Is there a minimum item value that you will sell on eBay?
No.  We do have a minimum commission fee of $17.00.  Your local store may require you to pre-pay this fee at their discretion.

How does your commission rate compare to other services?
QwikAuction has seen a number of national services come and go since the inception of the eBay Trading Assistant program.  We have priced ourselves competitively below the national market average and offer an excellent value.

Why do you charge separately for eBay fees?
In recent years, eBay has begun the practice of adjusting (raising) their prices semi-annually.  Since these fees are paid by all sellers and are beyond our control, we pass these fees straight thru to the seller.

How long will my listing run?
We run all 99-cent auctions for the standard listing time of 7-days.  We run pre-paid auctions for 10-days.

How do I check on my auction?
QwikAuction creates a private customer page on our server.  Once your listing has been created we email you the link to your customer page.  All your auctions are accessible from the customer page, as well as a complete listing of fees and commissions.

When do I get paid from my auction?
QwikAuction has an excellent reputation of eBay.  Part of our success is guaranteeing 100% buyer satisfaction through a 5-day return policy.  We send the proceeds from your auction to your local store 5-days after the buyer receives their auction item.  You then pickup your money from your local store.

What if my item does not sell?
We contact your local store with recommendations for re-listing your item.  The second listing is free as long as the item sells.  Our goal is always be to sell your item, but should it not sell due to a reserve or minimum fee, you may pickup your item within 15 days of the ended listing.

I make or re-sell items retail, can I sell these items on eBay?
Yes.  QwikAuction offers eBay Store listings.  There is a $14.95 setup fee for each unique item.   We charge $1.00 per listing per month and a 10% commission fee on each sale.  We also can setup your own store.
